The California Grizzly Bears (aka Brown Bears) and Mountain Lion shown here are just two of the dramatic wildlife creatures on display at the Porterville Historical Museum.  Other ferocious creatures you will see include menacing raptors adorning the walls of the lobby entrance (with wingspans topping seven feet).  The adjoining room has the bears, mountain lion, a bobcat and other native critters.
